LZJ04-130 is the main assembly machine for hydraulic conrer crimping aluminum window door frame.
Used for large section profile connection of 90°angle structure of aluminum doors and windows.
The new linkage structure makes corner-assembling synchronous.
Inner location device has elevating device. User can move the large aluminum window door frame easily.
Left and right crimping heads feed synchronous which can avoid deforming in corner-assembling procedure and make window corner connection more solid.
France Schneider electric parts are adopted on this machine. The high quality electric parts can ensure the processing work smooth and correct.
This machine uses Japan SMC pneumatic valve and EASUN pneumatic cylinder.
9CrSi corner crimping tools can be adjusted up and down relatively by the threads. We can support two length of crimping tool: 95mm and 110mm. User can choose the one which is useful in the production. Besides, we can fabricate the two points crimping tools according to different corner connecter point distance.
German Bosch Rexroth hydraulic valve can keep high efficiency hydraulic crimping work.
This Aluminum Windows Frame Assembly Machine is suitable for batch production.
