Undercarriage is adopting through hardening system and spraying quenching system while complying with the stringent ISO systerm.We are able to assure the part has excallent wear eresistance event in the most server working conditions.
We are using advance maching Centre, horizontal and vertical CNC machining to execute processes such as maching,drilling,threading and milling to ensure the quality and precision of eachcomponent to ensure the accuracy of assembly dimensions. This is to maximize the life span of each component and minimize priduction cost per hour.
Our products range for bulldozer type of equipment sizes from D3 to D11,from D20to D375 as well as from excavator size from 5 tons to 40 tons.
