First, product overview
The intelligent non-contact liquid level sensor (hereinafter referred to as liquid level sensor) adopts advanced signal processing technology and high speed signal processing chip. It breaks through the influence of the wall thickness of the container, and realizes the real non-contact detection of the level of the liquid level in the closed container. The liquid level sensor (probe) is installed at the upper and lower levels of the outer wall of the measured vessel (high and low level of the liquid level), and the non metal container needs no opening, easy installation and no influence on production. The liquid level of various toxic substances, strong acids, strong bases and various liquids can be detected in high pressure closed containers. The liquid level sensor has no special requirements for the material of liquid medium and container, and can be widely used.
The intelligent non-contact liquid level sensor is divided into four kinds of signal output interfaces, which are high and low level output interface, NPN output interface, MC drive relay type output, PNP output interface and RS485 communication interface, respectively, and respectively correspond to four types of models, respectively.

Two. Product characteristics
N non-contact liquid level sensor is applicable to the outer wall of non-metallic containers without direct contact with liquid, not corroded by corrosive liquids such as strong acid and strong alkali, and not affected by scale or other impurities.
N intelligent level adjustment and liquid level memory function, liquid level state display mode, can realize multi point series connection; can support high level output, NPN, PNP signal output and RS485 communication interface output (when type selection and manufacturer's description).
The N detection is accurate and stable, and the boiling water level can be detected.
N pure electronic circuit structure, non mechanical mode of operation, stable performance and durable life.
N has high stability, high sensitivity, strong interference ability and no external electromagnetic interference. It has special treatment for power frequency interference and common mode interference, and is compatible with all 5~24V power adapters on the market.
N is strong and compatible, penetrating a variety of non-metallic containers, such as plastic, glass, ceramics and other containers, and the induction distance can reach 20mm; liquid, powder and particles can be detected.
N open collector output mode, wide voltage range (5~24V), suitable for connecting various circuits and product applications.

Three. The principle of work
The intelligent non-contact liquid level sensor uses the induction capacitance of water to detect the existence of liquid. When there is no liquid close to the inductor, the sensor has a certain static capacitance on the sensor because of the existence of the distributed capacitance. When the liquid level rises slowly close to the sensor, the parasitic capacitance of the liquid will be coupled. To this static capacitance, the final capacitance value of the sensor becomes larger, the changed capacitance signal is then input to the control IC for signal conversion, the change of capacitance is converted to the change of a certain electrical signal, and then the degree of the change is detected and judged by a certain algorithm, when the change exceeds a certain threshold. It is considered that the level of liquid reaches the point of induction.

Five. Application conditions
(1) medium viscosity
Normal measurement when the dynamic viscosity is <10mPaS. 10mPaS30mPaS, a large quantity of liquid is attached to the wall of the vessel and can not be measured.
Note: as the temperature rises, the viscosity decreases, and most of the high viscosity liquids are more affected by the temperature. Therefore, the effect of liquid temperature is noted when measuring the viscosity liquid.

(two) the requirement and installation method of the tested container
The tested containers are divided into 3 categories according to the material.
First class: insulating material container
A container made of nonmetallic materials, such as glass, plastic, non absorbent ceramics, acrylic, rubber, or its composite materials, with smooth surface, uniform thickness and good insulation.
Installation method:
1. If the wall of the measuring probe is a multi-layer material, there should be close contact between the layers. There is no bubble or gas interlayer. The inner and outer surface of the wall of the container should be flat.
2, wall thickness: 0-20mm
3, tank type: spherical tank, supine tank, vertical tank and so on.
4. The installation of this kind of material container is like Figure 1.
N can be glued or fixed on the outer wall of the container with glue.
N install parts of the probe as far as possible to avoid metal parts, so as not to affect the detection.
The location of N installation probe should avoid the liquid inlet and the path of liquid inlet flow.
