1.    cassava cleaning machine: it is used to clean the cassava roots by removing some impurities on the surface of them. The step is prior to the washing step.

7.           Airflow flash dryer :The dewatered cassava flour is dried in a flash drying machine with hot air. When wet cassava mash mix with hot air, after heat exchange, the hot air take away the moisture, the dry cassava flour is collected by cyclone. After drying, the cassava flour moisture is normally around 12-13%.

8.           Vibration sieve: it is a kind of special type, high- precision fine-particle screen machine. It is used in cassava flour sieving process.
