CVD Diamond (Lab Grown Diamond) synthesis by DC Arc Plasma Jet Method is Polycrystalline pure diamond. CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) diamond, is polycrystalline diamond deposited on the substrate with intergrowth of active diamond carbon atoms, which are formed after stimulating decomposition reaction of a mixture gas of carbon and hydrogen at high temperatures and below the pressure of standard atmospheric.

High wear resistance, similar to natural diamond;

Polycrystalline structure, resistance to abrasion is not changed with direction;

Good thermal stability, free of any metal and non-metallic adhesives;

Thermal conductivity is greater than 18W/cmK;

Can be cut into strips by laser and the dressing performance remains the same, not easy to collapse and break.
