1.The roller surface covered rubber,thickness is 20-25mm,rubber is from Voith or Stowe Woodward.

2.Shaft head:45# cast steel,Bulkhead:cast iron GG25

3.Roller inside and outside surface will be processed.

4.We will do dynamic balance to improve the stability of the roller.

5.After shaft head installed,we will do dynamic balance again.

6.The dynamic balance will be G1.6

Manufacturing Standard:

       Carbon Steel or Cast iron shell

          Journals bolted to roll shell

          Rubber or PU cover

          Hardness: Shore "A" 95-98

          Cooling system is an option

          Cast iron bearing housing

          Grease lubrication

Optional:

        Recirculating oil lubrication

           Rubber finishing: Grooved or blind drill surface

Supply limits:

           Diameter: 300-2500mm

           Face Length: Max 12000mm

           Working speed: up to 2000m/min
