Workflow of pomegranate peeler
1. First,place the pomegranate through the feeding funnel on the upper crushing device and press it in. The distance between the two rollers is 20mm.
2. Second,the separate pomegranates enter the following crushing plant for a second separation when the distance between the two rolls is 10 mm. By two squeezes, the pericarp is essentially separated from the seed.
3. Then,separate pomegranates fall into the separation device. The shaft was then agitated to allow the seeds to come off the screen and the skin was discharged from behind.
4.Last,use the screw pump to transfer the seeds and juice to the next step of the pomegranate juice production line.
