      Its structure is convenient to maintenance and replacement: installation of electric parts adopts drawer type structure. The motor, pump, electric control box and walking airborne parts can be drawn from the goaf side. Main control box strengthens the effect of vibration damping and anti-vibration.

      Transmission parts(cutting part, hauling part)establish multi point vibration testing system which can do microscopic detection to transmission system. It can accurately estimate the fault of the transmission system in order to ensure that each one of the shearer transmission parts can achieve the best working performance through the reasonable data processing and analysis.
