MY168 Intelligent Saw Gin

Goldenlion Series MY98-17/MY168-17 Intelligent Saw Gin is suitable for ginning the seedcotton which is cleaned by seedcotton cleaning machine, with cotton staple length of 23 to 33mm, and moisture content no more than 10%.

Main Features

1.    Advanced cleaning feeder on the upper section, with good cleaning effect, evenly feeding, automatically adjusting feeding amount.
2.    Magnetic Iron mounted on the cotton slide of feeder to avoid metal dropping into roll box, protect saws, and avoid fire.  
3.    New design of roll box geometric shape, effectively improved the cotton rolling condition, increased the capacity and quality.
4.    Screw scrape top moting mechanism, effectively remove mote in lint to improve the lint quality.
5.    Full touch screen control, high atomization. Has auto-feed, auto-roll box handling mechanism, roll cotton density control system, auto-fault detection, and etc.
6.    Whole enclosure structure, dust removing cover mounted above cotton slide to improve the working environment.
