Rare Earth Magnets are including Neodymium(Nd) -Iron(Fe)-Boron(B) types and Samarium(Sm)- Cobalt(Co)classes. The most commonly produced material is neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB). This group of magnetic materials provides the highest available magnetic energies of any material. NdFeB magnets allow small shapes and sizes with high magnetic fields. Energy product range from 28 MGOe to about 52 MGOe.
1. Materials: Neodymium-Iron-Boron;
2. Magnetic properties: High coercive force, the max operation temp is up to 200 degree centigrade or 380 curie temperature;
3. Grades: N35-N52; 35M-50M; 35H-48H; 35SH-45SH; 30UH-40UH; 30EH-38EH;
4. Shapes and sizes: Various kinds or according to customers' request;
5. Coatings: Ni, Zn, gold, copper, epoxy, chemical, parylene and so on;
6. Applications: Widely used in different applications, such as sensors, motors, rotors, wind turbines/wind generators, loudspeakers, magnetic hooks, magnetic holder, filters automobiles and so on.
7.Certification: ISO9001:2008 and ISO/TS 16949
8. Technology: Utilizes new Sintered NdFeB magnet techniques and equipment such as strip casting, HDDR technology.
9. Main Market: the United Kingdom, Germany, France, USA, and Russia.
