1. Q: Do you accept the small order?

A: Sure, we have stock for some of them which no need moq. We also accept small order if your order quantity is less than MOQ, we do our best to cooperate by giving you the reasonable price with diligent service.

2. Q: Should we pay for the sample cost?

A: It is depends on the sample cost itself, normally, samples are free, but if sample is free, freight cost will be collected at buyyer’s side. If we request customer to pay sample cost, they will surely get the refund after order confirmed.

3. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?

A: Yes, we are lace factory as well as a trading company located in China National Fabric & Accessories Center.

4. Q: How do you deal with defects.
A: Recheck the goods to find out the reason, replace rejects for free.

5. Q: Lead time
A: For stock ones around 3-5 days after we get your payment confirmation. For OEM/ODM products 3-7 days for sample and 15-20 days for bulk.
