Currently we have produced a complete set of equipment of gravity casting, including : gravity casting processing instruction, personnel training and mould design.

• For gravity model casting with brass and ferroalloy;
• Front casting, lateral casting and secondary casting are optional;
• Individual cooling time of model is adjustable;
• The dismantling, assembly and cleaning of model are convenient;
• Two functions of manual and automatic circulation are available;
• Totalizing counter and preset counter are arranged to record the piece number of on duty production;
• Adjustment range of model is defined to make the using of different models easy and reduce   requirement of model’s exterior physical dimension.

1,Before the shipment, we will spray anti-rust oil on the machine's surface .

2,Then use the plastic film packaging to prevent moisture and rust.

3,Finally, put the machine in wooden cases, use solid seaworthy wood box package with steel belt, it will be save space as much as possible for container loading.
