1.How can I place an order?
Please provide your required details as clear as possible and we can send you the offer at the first time.

2.How can I get a sample to check your quality?
We’ll send you samples within 7 working days after confirming box details (color, logo, size, structure, surface finishing and quantity) and having received your sample fee.

3.What kind of files do you accept for printing?
AI, CDR forms.

4.What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Always 12-20 working days

5.What's the shipping method?
1) For small orders, we will use the international express , such as DHL , UPS , TNT , Fedex,etc .
2) For big orders, we can ship the goods by air or by sea.

6. What is your terms of delivery? 
We accept EXW, FOB,etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
