1.The raw materials go through the elevator and enter the screening machine (flat screen or drum screen selection). Three or more levels are separated. There are separate hoppers to separate three shelling machines for shelling.

2.Shelling machine (The shelling clearance of the shelling machine is adjusted and matched according to the size of the raw materials, so that the shelling is completed and the nuts are complete).

3.Shell Kernel Separator separates the shell from the kernel, one nut out of the nut and the other one out of the shell.

4.Storage material screening machine screens crushing shell impurities and feeds them to the soaking machine.

5.Soaking machine automatic thermostat system soaked nuts, automatic access to the material.

6.Wet peeler removes the soaked skin.

7.The peeled nuts are manually picked from the air-dried belt to remove the nuts, which are fed into the hoist.

8.The nuts are brought into the drying and cooling integrated machine by the elevator to be dried and cooled at low temperature. The finished nut products are normal temperature and the materials are directly packaged.
