This product is used for aluminum phosphate treatment. The treated aluminum alloy surface will form a layer of excellent adhesion phosphating film. This film can improve the corrosion resistance, and can improve the binding force between the paint and aluminum.

3.Product index：

⑴ Tasteless, transparent, yellow.

⑵ PH value：＜7.0  faintly acid.

⑶ Proportion：＞1.0.

4.Usage method：

⑴This product is added 2 times of water. Normal temperature operation: 25℃-35℃.

⑵Aluminum pre-treatment：removal of oil→degreasing descaling.

⑶The clean nonscale aluminum is immersed in the phosphating liquid for 3 minutes, take out the aluminum work piece.

⑷Washing aluminum work piece, dry or drying aluminum work piece.
