2:Can you provide free samples?

A: Yes, we would like to offer free pen samples,based freight collect. for all existing samples.we will send it out within 2days after receipt of your confirmation for shipping cost.

B: for customized sample(in special color/with logo etc).Please contact our sales directly for details.

3:Do you accept OEM order

 A:Yes,we are professional manufacturer for ballpen and other plastic items,we have professional designer for your needs.

4:What about the price?
A: The ball pen price in our website is for reference only, it isn't exact transaction price. final price depends on the qty and exact requirments for your order, please email or use trademanger to chat with sales to confirm the price,

5:What is the MOQ policy?
A: Generally MOQ is 5000pcs, sometimes,we can do 1000pcs based on higher price.

6:what about the package 

In general, the packging is 1pc/opp, 50pcs/box ,1000pcs/ctn.Can also can be done according to customer requirements for packaging.(display box/color box/blister card/individual gift box etc)

7:Can we print a logo on the products?

A: Yes, All pens can be produced with logo (Silk-screen, Heat transfer film logo,Laser-engraving,

Laser-engraving with oxidation,Chrome-Etched laser engraving, Expoxy-dome logo,Debossed logo etc)
