1       What's the non woven fabric?

*        Non woven fabrics are broadly defined as sheet or web structures bonded together by entangling fiber or filaments (and by perforating films) mechanically, thermally, or chemically. They are flat, porous sheets that are made directly from separate fibers or from molten plastic or plastic film. They are not made by weaving or knitting and do not require converting the fibers to yarn.

*        From 10g/m2 to 250g/m2.

3       Could any custom logo or design be printed on the non woven bag?

*        Any custom logo and design could be printed on the non woven bags. We could print 8 colors most.

4       What printing way is used for the non woven bag?

*        Silk screen printing, heat transfer printing, thermal dye sublimation, etc., which depends on the designs and your target cost.

5       How to make the non woven bag water proof?

        Make matt, shiny, gold, silver, or laser lamination for the non woven bag.

6       What handles could be selected for the non woven bags?

*        PP handles, cotton handles, on woven handles, p.p. webbing handles, nylon handles, etc. Any color and any length are welcome.

7       How to make the non woven bag stronger?

*        Add cross stitching for the handles, piping fold over at the top, add pp or paper or plastic cardboard at the bottom or at the top.

8       Could any decoration available for the non woven bag?
