1) If the order is not big, door to door service by courier is OK, such as TNT, DHL, FEDEX,

               UPS, EMS etc to all countries;

2) By air or sea through your pointed forwarder is the normal way we do. FOB port is ningbo

               or shanghai;

3) If you don’t have your forwarder, we can find the cheapest forwarder to ship the goods to

               your pointed port.

1) How to know the price?

No matter what kinds of product you want, if you want to know the price quickly, please provide the following information: material, thickness, size, color, quantity .Or you can send us your original sample if you have.

2) How to get the sample from factory? How about the sample fee?

You can get free sample in our stock but freight collect. For the sample fee is according to your design, if the qty is so big and reach our target, then we can refund the sample charge to you bulk production.

3) How to pay my order?

We accept T/T, Western Union, PayPal. Deposit 30% before production, the balance 70% paid before shipment.

4) What are the minimum ordering requirements?

 MOQ is 1000 pieces. 

5) How can I get an accurate price? 

We need your design firstly. Accurate price will be provided when size, craft, fittings, qty & package details confirmed.

6) What is the first step in the process?

We recommend calling or sending an email so we can discuss your product needs; quantity, design specifications and the date you need your product in hand.

7) I don't have any artwork. Can you help?

Yes. We can take your sketch and turn it into art very easily. It is much easier for our graphic designers if you can supply as much detail as possible so that we can do the best job for you.

8) What is your production lead time?

1). For sample: 7 days upon receipt of your confirmation for sketches or samples 

2). For bilk production: within 7-10 days upon confirming the samples, it depends on the quantity.
