officer peaked cap material: TR

Crown: 1.of bonded outer material

             2.of diameter for cap of size designation 56,26cm front to back,25cm side to side,graded proportionally 10 mm per size for all sizes

Bevels: four panels of bonded outer material,seamed together at the centre front,centre back and at each side seam and then seamed to the crown 

                   of finished depths of 60mm at the centre front,50mm at sides and centre back,padded with felt

Body: A single strip of outer material,seamed together at centre back of finished depth 50mm

  Supported by a plastic stiffener on the inside of the cap  

  Additional foam 

PipIng: positioned in the crown to bevels seam

Front  plastics stiffener  attached to the centre front bevel of the cap

Peak: covered with outer material with bullion gold material which is handmade totally,the peak inserted between the front body section and the strip of stiffener

        Supported by a strip of plastics stiffener on the inside of the body from side seam to side seam,finished width 65mm at centre front,to start and finish 25mm from front of the side seam

Gold wire embroidery: pieces of golf wire which is laid close together so that no outer material is visible between the wire

Chinstrap: one on each side to the body,two buttons attached to the body,positioned 10mm ablove the lower edge of the body in line with the side seams
