Zinc alloy material crafts proceses: 

Step1. Making the mold. 
A computerized system is used to engrave your design on the mold surface by using the CNC  engraving machine 

Step2. Injection. 
Molten zinc alloy liquid is injected to the die casting machine when two dies are fixed well 

Step3. Attachment. 
Attachment is spot welded on to the back of each piece

Step 4. Polishing. 
Hand polished or machine polished are adopted to make the surface smooth and shiny 

Step5. Plating.  

the ideal metal on the surface to decide its surface color 

Step6. Logo.

Filling the color and epoxy,soft enamel (optional), first inspection the surface. 

Step6. Inspection. 
Each product is inspected carefully to ensure only the highest quality products are sent to customer.

Step 7. Packing.

 normal packing: each in an opp bag/box; then into large bag/box; finally into  carton.
