Zinc alloy material crafts proceses: 

Step 1. Milling the mold. 
A computerized CNC machine is used to engrave your design on the mold.
Step 2. Injection. 
Molten zinc alloy liquid is injected into the mold when two dies are fixed well 
Step 3. Polish. 
Various polish methods are adopted to make the surface smooth and shiny 

Step 4. Attachment. 
Attachment is spot welded or sticked to the body
Step 5. Plating.  

We can plate nickel, chrome, silver, gold, rose gold, bronze, copper, antique color, matt color, black etc
Step 6. Logo.

Mostly engraved on the mold, fill in Pantone color varnish, epoxy,soft enamel (optional), silk screen printed, offset printed, laser engraved etc.
Step 7. Inspection. 
Each product is inspected carefully to ensure only the highest quality products are sent to customer.

Step 8. Packing.

By Express of DHL,UPS,FedEx,TNT or by air for small quantity; large quantity are shipped by sea.

5. How can I have a sample?

For less value product with existing samples, you can have a free sample.

For new making product, you need to pay for mold or sample charge

B. Trade amount over 1000$ are accepted through Trade Assurance on Alibaba. If less than 1000$, by T/T or Western Union.
