Product making process:
- Know about your ideas or receive your drafts, design the artwork for your confirmation within one day.
- After getting your agreement, then making the badge mold immediately, it should take 5-7 days for usual products.
- Die-casting. Put the mould on the pressure-table machine, then imprint the patterns on the badge’s materials.
- Punching. According to their shape, punch them down, then come out a initially badge.
- Polishing. Put them into the polishing machine so that can remove the burr, at the same time improve the finish.
- Welding the accessories. The back of the badges will be soldered with the standard accessories as customer’s requirements.
- Plating and color the badges. Badges can be plating for gold, silver, nickel, copper and the like, just according to your request, as well as color the items.
- Package. There are upmarket and general package for your option, however, your different package is available.
