A. offset printing--by print press

Process:3D design--interlacing--CTP---printing---die cutting---packing

printing size:normally 50cm x 70cm or 60cm x 80cm

DPI of the print press:around 2000

Capacity:3000 sheets per hours

color:CMYK+2 white

Ink type:UV ink

biggest thickness:0.7mm

MOQ:1000 sheets

Notes:

1.double side printing is available

2.Any shapes can be cut

3.original files need to add 5mm bleeding edge

4.different sizes and artworks can be loaded on one layout

5.Normally use carton packing

6.This printing method suits for small size but big quantity.

B. Inkjet printing--by printer

Process:3D design--interlacing--printing on paper---laminating---packing

printing size:biggest size 150*300cm one single sheet.

DPI of the print press:around 700

Capacity:30 suqare meters one day

color:RGB

Ink type:dying ink

biggest thickness:10mm

MOQ:1 pc

Notes:

1.double side printing is not available

4.Normally make box for packing

5.This printing method suits for big size but small quantity.

C. Laser prcessing--the highest definition picture can be made recently,We are the only one useing this technology to make 3D picture.
