--- Of course we would love to offer you free 2-3 pcs samples, but you have to bear the frieght.

3. Is it possible to copy my own design as a real product?

--- Yes but we should you rdetails fristly. We are oem manufacturer. 95% of our products are customized designs from clients. 

4. If I need customized samples, any charge?

--- We will charge the mold. 

5. Is the mold charge refundable once I place the order?

--- If total qty ups to 5000pcs, we can refund the mold

6. How long can you delivery my goods?

--- 15 days as ususal after you make the payment

7. What is your normal packaging? Possible to send to me with gift box?

--- 1pc/opp bag as usual. If you like gift box, that will be extra cost

8. What is your payment term you can accpet?

--- Full payment before production. If total cost is higher than USD3,000, we accept 50% deposit + 50% balance before shipment
