3.typical application about thermal spraying machine

(1) four tube of boiler spraying to improve wear resistant and corrosion resistant

Circulating fluidized bed boiler,pulverized coal boiler,supper critical boilers,waste heat boiler,the boiler four tube(water-cooling water tube,economizer tube,superheater,reheat organ)because of the boiler in the harsh conditions,corrosion and abrasion conditions exist for a long time .In order to ensure the long-term safe operation the unit,the spraying of the furnace for corrosion and wear resistance is feasible .

(2)corrosion and wear resistant coating of converter flue and fume hood

Converter hood also known as converter waste heat recovery device ,generally consists of the movable smoke cover,oven flue,terminal flue,the temperature of flue gas generated in the process of the steelmaking is up to 1100~1400℃ , the maximum temperature can be up to 1600℃,and it contains sulfur and its compounds,the high temperature slag,lime and other large number of dust .Hood and flue's long term work in the environment ,harsh working environment ,especially the heating surface bears sulfur gas corrosion and high temperature oxidation and erosion wear.In water-cooling pieps,it is extremely easy to generate on a large number of bamboo shaped thermal fatigue cracks,pitting,perforated leak,the influence of steelmaking production efficiency .Effective solution is provided by the corrosion and wear resistant material in thermal spray .In other words, use our arc spray machine can improve the corrosion and wear resistant of the converter flue and fume hood .
