1st:

Factory can make one paper plan as per clients’own design for customer’s approval before sampling

Digital tape made

2nd :

Factory will make the digital tape as per the paper artwork approved and key into the computer machine

Sampling

3rd:

According to the digital tape , factory made the sampling

4.

Sampling approval

4th :

We can take the sample photos for clients’ approval ; or we can send the actual sample by express to client for approval , that depends on clients’ own preference

5.

Sampling revision

If sample not perfect, we can make revision as per clients’ request until sample approved

6.

Mass production

5th :

After sample approval , we arrange the mass production

7.

Quality checking

6^th:

After mass production finished , all production lines start the quality checking , choose the ones with some defects, and recover the quantity

8.

Packing

7^th:

Make package as per our standard packing way , or make special packing as per clients’ requested

9.

Boxing

8^th:

Make the boxing ,with the shipping mark sticked

10.

Shipping

9^th:

Make the shipping invoice and packing list, then call the express courier come and pick up goods for shipment out

11.

Tracking No.

10^th:

Inform the Express Tracking No. to clients for easy tracking

12.

Transit follow

11st:

Pay attention to the transit , once shipment arrived , pls remind clients’ to checking the goods

13.

After sales-service

12nd :

After sales-service ,if any problems on goods, we will take action as per clients’ requested
