We provide second-hand mixing station and concrete conveying system suitable for high quality concrete production. Batching and stirring equipment can be equipped with a disc mixer, planetary mixer, double shaft mixer, turbo mixer or a strong mixer.
The concrete mixes prepared in these batching and mixing equipment are mainly used for production: Precast concrete Elements, empty Core Board, concrete Pipe, interlock pavers, concrete blocks, curb, roof tile, wall panel, filament plate, double wall and insulation block, reinforced concrete member and other similar concrete products.
The mixer can be equipped with multiple fan gates for the production of concrete, such as precast concrete or truck premixed concrete, for different purposes. Batching and stirring equipment can be performed by moving or static. The mobile mixing station is equipped with compact components for easy transportation and installation.
Fixed batching and mixing equipment can be tower type equipment or aggregate hopper. An important component of batching and mixing plants is the measurement of water. The concrete transportation system is equipped with the concrete transport vehicle which adapts the customer demand. The concrete shuttle can transport two types of concrete, either single or dual, with a tipping or opening at the bottom.
