1. How to get your offer ?

Please send us your design and tell the meterial, size, thickness, craft, quantity you want, we would send you our best quotation.

2. What kind of document you need for design?

You can send us your design in any documents,clear photo also can be fine.

3. If I don't have design, how shall I do?

It doesn't matter, please tell us the shape,size,logo,craft, and other requirement, we would help you to design.

4.Can i get the sample?

Yes, for the sample we only collected mold charge, we can also send you our same crafts products for free.

5. How long for production after I place the order?

Normally it would take 7-10 days( depend on your quantity).

6. How do you send the goods?

We have cooperate with Fedex for many years, can get special discount. If you haven't request, Fedex is more preferencial way.

7. What guarantee do I have that assures me I will get my order from you since I have to pay in advance? What happens if the products you shipped are wrong or poorly made?
