Shipping Breakage: We ship-test our products for safe delivery. However from time to time, on some ornaments,

the shipper probably throws the box from a second story building which may cause some ornament breakage -

this probably occurs in one out of 500 shipments. If you receive box that has some ornaments broken,

we shall provide a refund for the breakage or re-produce the affected portion of the order.

All of our shipments are insured for this purpose so it is important to document any breakage to the shipping

carrier and copy us so we may claim reimbursement from them.
