Can I order online?

Due to the number of choices (colours, designs, artwork, quantities etc) we currently do not have the option of ordering online. Instead, we suggest you send us an enquiry with your request and we'll be in touch within 24 hours.

Do you offer discount?

Price breaks and discounts are based on the order volume. Prices are detailed for different quantities on each product page. If you are working to a particular budget, please let us know and we can advise if there are any options of where to save on costs.

Do you offer a design service?

Yes we do. If you want us to help layout artwork, illustrate packaging to design something completely new, then please get in touch with your requirements to discuss further.

How do I supply artwork?

At the time of ordering, we will supply you with templates for you to create your artwork to, and then email back to us.

What file format should my artwork be in?

Please send us artwork as a vector file (.ai, .CDR, or .pdf)

How much is carriage?

Carriage is calculated on the order quantity and size. We endeavour to offer the best rates for postage and shipping and will provide full quotes at time of ordering.

Can you ship worldwide?

Yes. We can ship in bulk or to various addresses around the world. For the seeded products some countries do require import licenses, please call us for more information. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Custom orders take between 3 - 6 weeks to arrive. Occasionally we can turn orders around quicker  - please contact us with your specific requirements to see if it's something we can help with.

What are your payment terms?

Payment must be 30T/T in advance ,the balance will be paid before delivery the goods
