This machine has all 1-1 press functions except that the pallet can not be moved.
Main Features:
1. This machine is specially designed for one color T-shirt screen printing, the pallet is 44*55cm dedicated T-shirt printing pallet which can promise accurate positioning.
2. Special design of spring devices in screen adjusting up and down makes it easies for the user operations according to the sizes and weight of the screens, which guarantees proper spring intensity to avoid squeegees expelling and inks splashing in higher intensity and screen unfixing because of higher weight of screen frames and squeegees in loose intensity.
3. The screen press is specially suitable for overprinting, such as T-shirt, pillows, bag and non-woven bags; the user can only change the pallet according to the substrate to satisfy the needs of different kinds of printing and it is easy to dismantle the pallet..
4. Screen clamp can be moved up and down, which is suitable for screen frame within 2cm thickness.
5. This machine adopts full metal structure and all parts are stainless steel materials, which is in advanced electrostatic spraying, elegant appearance, convenient in cleaning and no rust.
6. To save the shipping cost, the machine use combined structure with all erecting tools, the user can easily install the machine just according to the instruction book.
