Factory sale dissolvable in water PVA 3D printer ilaments

1) We are manufactury ABS, PLA, PVA, PC, PA/Nylon, POM, conduct electricity ABS, PETG, HIPS and Changing Color 3D printer filaments; all are tested successfully by 3D printer.

2) Our stock pieces are: ABS, PLA,Fluorecent red/yellow/blue/green/orange and Luminou red/yellow/blue/green/orange, and white spool in dia.35mm inside hole and dia.160mm outside of spool

3) For other material if you want to order, the MOQ is 25kgs/color

Descreption:

1 PC Filament has been tested on RepRap, Makerbot, Mendel, Huxley UP! Printer, WeisTek.
2.Diameter: 1.75mm or 3.0mm
3.The tollerance roundness +/-0.05mm
4.The processing temperature is 230-250°C;
5.Reduced water absorption, tear resistance and dye absorption are combined in an easy-to-print line.
6.Highest strong and stiffness than ABS and PLA printer filaments, suitable for molded parts;
7.Nylon 3D printer filaments does not emit any fumes for printing
8.Can do most of colors for Nylon(PA) 3D printer filaments
9.Interlock device, smooth surface, no bumps.

Colors of our 3D printer Filaments:

1) Our existed colors: only white
2) Can accept customer PMS for lager quantity.

Production time:

Sample time: 1 days (have large stock pieces);

customer PMS color: 3 days

Production time:100-500kgs; 3 days;

501-1000kgs: 5 days;

Packaging:

1kg/spool, then in poly bag(Vacuum packing) with a desiccant bag inside,
then in a small box, size: 17cm X 17cm X 10cm,
8 small box/carton, carton size:35 X 35 X 20cm,G.W.:10.5kgs/ctn

1.Produce process

I . Before produce extruding filament ,we will dry ABS and PLA for a enough time (3-5 hours).

II. Mix with colors masterbatch or colors powder, all which .certified with ROHS.

III.Adjust temperature and dragging rate , make filament diameter range at 1.6-1.8mm/2.8-3.0mm, roundness +/-0.05mm, each spool net weight 1kg+/-0.02kg

IV we put all filament spool in shelf, different kind in different shelf, all categories arranged orderly.

2.Productiong quality control

I. we have diameter laser detect kits to control extruding rate on line, when diameter smaller or higher than accept range, the laser detect kits will adjust the extruding rate higher or smaller to make diameter range at acceptable.

II.keep each record filament samples sent to customers, build a tracking able document.

III.when the filament put on shelf longer than half a year, we will dry the filament again

3.Important information:

About information of the PVA, PA Nylon, PC and Electroconductive ABS filaments,

PVA temperature for printer is 180°C-200°C.Melting point is 200°C.

PA Nylon temperature for printer is 220°C-250°C.Melting point is 260°C.

PC temperature for printer is 230°C-250°CMelting point is 260°C.

Electroconductive ABS filaments temperature for printer is 180°C-200°C,Melting point is 180°C.

4.Shipping Mode:

We are able to deliver goods to customers appointed port or warehouse or office by boat or by air and even by courier according to customers. We have door-to-door service and door-to-station service.
