3mm PETG plastic 3D printer filament Descreption:

1.3D Printer PLA,ABS,PC,PA,PVA,POM,HIPS,PETG Filament has been tested on RepRap, Makerbot, Mendel, Huxley UP! Printer, WeisTek.
2.Diameter: 1.75mm or 3.0mm
3.The tollerance roundness +/-0.05mm
4.The processing temperature of ABS filament process temperature is 190-220°C The processing temperature for printer PLA is 180-200°C. The melting point PLA is 220°C.
5.High strength, good toughness
6.Ddensity is small, when printing larger volume model lighter, save money
7.ABS 3D printer filament owns rigidity and shiny surface; high toughness and impact strength.
5.ABS performs a better flowability when melting and resists corrosion and abrasion. These qualities combined make it an ideal material for injection mold and extrusion.

Production Control

1.Produce process

I . Before produce extruding filament ,we will dry ABS and PLA for a enough time (3-5 hours).

II. Mix with colors masterbatch or colors powder, all which .certified with ROHS.

III.Adjust temperature and dragging rate , make filament diameter range at 1.6-1.8mm/2.8-3.0mm, roundness +/-0.05mm, each spool net weight 1kg+/-0.02kg

IV we put all filament spool in shelf, different kind in different shelf, all categories arranged orderly.

2.Productiong quality control

I. we have diameter laser detect kits to control extruding rate on line, when diameter smaller or higher than accept range, the laser detect kits will adjust the extruding rate higher or smaller to make diameter range at acceptable.

II.keep each record filament samples sent to customers, build a tracking able document.

III.when the filament put on shelf longer than half a year, we will dry the filament again

3.Important information:

About information of the PVA, PA Nylon, PC and Electroconductive ABS filaments,

PVA temperature for printer is 180°C-200°C.Melting point is 200°C.

PA Nylon temperature for printer is 220°C-250°C.Melting point is 260°C.

PC temperature for printer is 230°C-250°CMelting point is 260°C.

Electroconductive ABS filaments temperature for printer is 180°C-200°C,Melting point is 180°C.

4.Shipping Mode:

We are able to deliver goods to customers appointed port or warehouse or office by boat or by air and even by courier according to customers. We have door-to-door service and door-to-station service.
