2.Find the best way to solve the mistake or problem.Based on the present situation,details talk over to got the solutions with Both parties,reach mutual agreement.
effective solutions:1.Re-draft artwork and Re-make sample for approve;2.Give discount and discuss with each other; 3.Better way to fix mistake and re-work the products.
3.Catch deadline,if you order is very urgent,please inform us in advance and we will checking if we can catch up the deadline of shipment delivery.We will trying our best to pushing production and take one more two shift to overwork producing.

How long is the sample lead time?

For existing samples,we can provide free and it takes 2 days get ready,you need to arrangement shipping way.If you want your own designs,please send us your request and we will arrange sample produce after receiving your sample cost, it takes one week, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen,make a new mold and need new fitting etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
