Which is the best lanyard for me?

Can you print Pantone colours?

Yes is the short answer, we can also Pantone match the ribbon given adequate time to include this in the production schedule.

Can you match my corporate Pantone colour?

Yes we can print Pantones and we can also Pantone match the ribbon given adequate time to include this in the production schedule.

Is there a charge for custom artwork?

We design for you free,just send the logo original file to us.we will disign for you very soon.

Will I see a proof of my lanyard?

Yes, we will send you sample detailed pictures to you via email,we will produce mass goods after you confirm the sample.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We accept small order.most of lanyards are no MOQ.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled prior to proof approval. If orders are cancelled after this time any work completed will be chargable.

What method of payment can I use?

Shipping & Returns

How long will it take for my goods to arrive?

The lead-time is dependant on the style of lanyards you require and quantity. 

It will take 7-10 days to produce and 4-5 days for shipping to you via international express.

It will take more time if ship by sea.you could ask us via email,we will send you exact deliver time.

Can I change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address as long as the order has not been shipped out already. If the order has already been shipped we can't change anymore.
