Copper stamped soft enamel tie bar

Different from new enamel process, the colors are not completely filled in the recessed area.

Due to soft enamel process is not required filled in colors before stoning and polishing, the production

time is shorter and price is cheaper than new enamel

Process:

Material: iron, copper, brass, zinc alloy

Color: according to Pantone or Dic

Thickness: 1.2~3.0mm (depends on size)

Plated: gold, nickel, nickel free, brass, copper plated…etc.

Epoxy: with or without

Packing: individual poly bag

Notes:

To avoid colors mixed, enamel area must be surrounded by metal lines min. 0.3mm.
