Payment term:

 T/T, 30% deposit, balance must be paid before the delivery, if the goods are shipped by air or courier.

 T/T, 30% deposit, balance is paid against the copy B/L, if the goods are shipped by sea.

 L/C, irrevocable L/C at sight.

Price term: FOBshanghai or FOBNingbo.

Delivery time: 15-20 days after the arrival of deposit.
