The one unit main machine includes the washer ,dryer,filler and capper for the production of 3-5 gallon barreled drinking water .the washing process include alkal liquid inside and outside washing by dirty remover, uinsidea and outside washing by disinfevting water ,uinside and outside washing by pure water,the alkal and disinfecting water can be used cyclically. anna com the whole washing,filling and sealing pricess is controlled by PC,and has the safe device for interlock,signal and self-detection.

It integrates bottle washer, filler and sealer into one unit. In order to achieve na  the purpose of multiple injections of washing and sterilizing by means of liquid washing and bleaching are used in bottle washer, washing solution can be used circularly. The sealer can seal barrel caps automatically. This line equips with water spraying devices to sterilize caps of bottle to ensure caps are aseptic and healthy, also this line can automatically feeding, washing, filling, capping, counting and products discharging.
