3.The shipping cost is too high, can you give me more cheaper?

safest courier, and it is shipping company who ask us to pay, we can't give you cheaper,

pls kindly understand.But we can promise that we will not ask you to pay more shipping 

cost, if u think it is too expensive, you can use your own shipping company,it is ok for us.

 

4.Can you offer free shipping?

and we did not add the shipping cost into the products' cost, so we can't offer free shipping,

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

However ,the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their orignal conditions. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned ..buy buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss.the buyes should be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items.
