Working principle：

The product is based on high quality copper alloy, inlaid the solid lubricant according to a certain angle and proportion(normally 15-30% of surface area, do not affect the working strength but realize the lubrication function), and machining by precision machine. When the bearing is working, the linear expansion coefficient of metal and solid lubricants is obviously different due to the friction heat. Lubricants will form solid lubrication film on the working surface to achieve the effect of self lubrication and maintenance free.

Selection conditions:

1. low speed and heavy loading, oil lubricating film can not maintain.

2. High or low temperature working, or ambient temperature change a lot.

3. Working in corrosive medium such as sea water or other chemical liquids.

4. The impact load is easy to appear in the work.

5. Need to start frequently or start at high load.

6. Long maintenance period or high maintenance cost, which requires long working life.

7. It is difficult for lubricating oil to be supplied because of the working environment or mechanical structure.
