Q: Can I do some changes on the original design or Can your factory make my own design?

A:Yes, you can modify our designs such as color, fabric, sleeve, back,and so on. but our designers would check if the dresses can be modified as what you want. You also can customize your own design of dress.

Q:How far in advance should I order my dress?

A:Receiving time (Time needed for your order to be received successfully since you made the order) = Production time (around 25-40 work days) +shipping time ( Depending on the destination).

Q:Can I get a discount? 

A:Yes, if you buy more than 10 pieces for one design /color, you can get good discount.

Q:What are your payment?

A:We accept Western Union, T/T, Paypal and so on. You can pay 50% before production, the rest before shippment.

Q:Customs Duty /Import Tax?

A:We will not pay for any custom duty or import tax. In most time, the buyer need not pay any customs. We will declare it as a sample and write a low value to help avoid the tax. But sometimes in some countries, the customs officer may be strict. Please check out the customs policy at your own place, such as Greece,Italy, Brazil, Egypt,Chile, etc.
