Q: Can I get a sample before order in bulk?

A:  Yes, sample is necessary for quality and fit approval.

Q: How do you charge for samples?

A:   samples are free when bulk orders placed and quantity is more than MOQ; PP sample can be sent before production for confirmation if necessary,  Shipment samples can be sent before delivery for confirmation if necessary.

Q:  what is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

A: 300pcs per style per color per styles but if you order many styles the MOQ will be smaller.

Q: Can I order in different sizes and different colors?

A: Yes,  UK sizes, EUR size, US sizes, AU sizes ect, any sizes are available; Colors are picked from stock swatches or to be dyed to match. Almost every style has a lot of stock colors for selection.

Q: Can you get my designs done?

 A: Yes, we are strong at custom made designs.

Q: Can I put my logo on the garments?

 A: Yes, we can help customers to make logo labels and put them on garments but logo cost is covered by customer.

Q: How long will I have to wait for samples or productions?

 A: Normally 4-7days for samples and 15-20days for productions, depend on designs, quantities and fabrics, we will confirm with you again finally.

Q: How do we guarantee garment quality?

 A: We are high quality clothing factory, garment quality is guaranteed by fabric inspection, in-processing inspection and double final inspections, factory is responsible for defects and make refund for them.
