1.It's apply to folding the yarn count of gauze greater than 32s, yarn density less than 30 x20cm.After folded in half,the output width of the gauze roll is less than 46 cm , diameter is less than 60 cm, edge dislocation is less than 0.5 cm.

2.The finished size of the lap sponges is less than 45 cm x 45 cm-4 ply, with two 1.52cm width of the folding edges,without wire head exposed. The length of the raw gauze before cutting is more than 60 cm, and the width is smaller than 47 cm.

3.Automatic feeding, cutting, folding, pressing ,folding in half and well groomed.

4. It's simple to operate the machine and it's very convenient to change the type of the lap sponges since the parameter modification is controlled by PC.
