O Ring

O-rings are one of the most common seals used in machine design because they are inexpensive, easy to make, reliable, and have simple mounting requirements. 

The O-ring may be used in static applications or in dynamic applications where there is relative motion between the parts and the O-ring. Dynamic examples include rotating pump shafts and hydraulic cylinder pistons.

NBR O RING

Temperature: Normal: -40  to 100C

 Low temperature: -55 to 100C

            High temperature: -30 to 100C (Air)

                         and -30 to 100C (oil)

Hardness: ShoreA 40-90

Color: black, other color can customize

Use: oil resistance situation

FKM/VITON O RING

Temperature:  -20 to 220C

Hardness: ShoreA 50-90

Color: black, brown, green,

     other color can customize

Use:  oil resistance, wear resistance,

acid and alkali resistant, high temperature ersistance situation

SILICONE/VMQ O RING

Temperature: Normal: -60 to 225C

Hardness: ShoreA 25-90

Color: Transparent, white, other color can customize

Use: Food situation

EPDM O RING

Temperature: Normal: -50 to 150C

Hardness: ShoreA 40-90

Color: black, other color can customize

PU O RING

Temperature: AU: -40 to 100C (oil resistance)

            EU: -80 to 90C (water resistance)

Hardness: ShoreA 60-98

Color: transparent, green, red, other color can customize
