Q1: What is your shipping way? How much should I pay ?
A: To make sure all the buyers could get the parcel in time and safely, most of our parcels are send by  DHL, FedEx ,UPS. 
Different shipping way is different price,if you don’t have any request,I will choose our best way to ship your goods
Different goods is different weight, please tell me which design do you want, so I can quote you the shipping cost and if customers have there won shipping account we use their account for his goods.

Q2: How many days could I get my goods? Why don’t we get the goods in time?
A: Generally speaking, it would take 3 to 5 working days go to Europe and America without custom clearance and holiday delay.

Q3: May I have your sample first?
A: Sure, we will offer you a sample to check our quality.
If you can accept our small piece sample, it is free sample, but you should pay the shipping for that.
However, we suggest you to buy 5 yards first is better, because after you check it, you also use it to make the clothes. Meanwhile we will also give you some small piece sample with your goods to send to you.

Q4: what is your MOQ?

A: We are supplier. We are specialize in French lace Hand Made, Hand Made and Machine Made George , 100% Cotton wax With Bead and Without Bead Hand Work We have more than 1000 designs. And if customers’ what there won design we can make that.
1, If you want to buy the design in stock, the MOQ is one piece.I suggest you could go to our , it is free shipping. There is a link in “contact us”.
The lace is 5yards for one piece.
The wax is 6yards for one piece.

2, If you want to buy some designs not in stock:
The MOQ of lace are 50yards per design.
The wax or Cotton Voil of MOQ is 12000 yards per design.(3 colour)

Q5: Need I pay the customs fees ?
A: Everyone buy something from other country should pay tax for custom, but Customs fees is depend on your country’s custom. As per our Country policy we make 100% amount Invoice,  In most time, we will declare value as your request if you need. If you no request, I will do as common according our best way.

Please note we are not accountable any customs fee, Please check it out the customs policy at your own place. If you have to pay the customs fees, it is your duty to your own country, the buyer should understand this situation.

Q6: If the product I buy from you have some problem, what should I do?
A: The goods before we ship out will be checked whether it is good or not, if is damaged, we won’t ship to our customer .And if you really found the problem,pls you can take a photo to us let us check it first. And if is our duty, we will compensate you. Please note, if you could not contact us within 7 days of goods received date  for problems we take minimum 15 to 30 days to short the issue , I am so sorry maybe I could not help you, because we will update our information in a time.
If you insist to return the good to us, it also is OK, but you should bear the shipping fee, and when we received the good, will refund you the money.
