SAMPLE ORDER 
All sample orders are being charged in advance for total value including Shipping & Handling charges. 
 
We will offer you a special discount of same value of sample ordered during your first order placed. As per our said policy the Sample Order will be free of cost for your after your first order (BUT it will depend on order quantities) , But Freight is paid by customers. 

 Samples mostly are produced within week and it depends on design and quantity of samples. 

ORDER POLICES
All prices are FOB Polar garments Sialkot Pakistan. Freight, Shipping & handling Charges are depending on Volume of order. Minimum Orders are accepted 100 Pairs Each style (Mix Size and color)
 
All orders are accepted on our given Article Numbers web-site,  on Our Catalogue /or Broachers. Further customer can produce their own design and counter samples are produced within very short time frame. Customer specified design is always secrete. 
 
PAYMENTS POLICES
Company Policy about payment is ADVANCE PAYMENT or L/C at Sight. Below than EURO 5000 is always Advance payment to avoid extra charges from both sides.

We always do written agreement with our special clients to supply their designed Items only to him. 

 WARRANTY
Our Warranty are limited to manufacturing defects only, in such case product will be repaired or replaced.

 By Air Cargo Service depends of the Airline and available Flights, mostly Transit time is 1 week, But for Urgent shipments in Europe 2-4 days can be arranged and freight goes high accordingly.
