4. Can you supply me samples?

Yes, we can, but you should pay for the freight cost and sample fee.

5. How can you guarantee the quality?
Every piece of inflatable product will be inspected strictly before shipping. And it will be inflated for three days to check the sealing performance.

1. What about Delivery? 
Shipping methods: Ship by sea, by air, by courier (DHL/UPS/TNT/FEDEX),and freight charge can be prepaid or collected.

2. How long is the delivery? 
By courier / by air: about 3~5 working days after goods on plane.

By sea: depending on the destination port.

What are the payment terms between in-stock products and custom products?

Please note that except in-stock products,

all of AOQI's products are order to make products

and are subject to a 30% - 50% deposit before production,

balance payment before products delivery after the products are finished.

As for in-stock products, customers will have to pay in full before delivery.
