LPS1 Piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor is a standard and popular pressure sensor used in air and liquid pressure measurement. It is assembled with piezoresistive silicon chip, diaphragm, oil, housing and wire. Long term stability, small diaphragm, MEMS technology, and silicon chip make LPS1 pressure sensor having large pressure range, good performance and large over load.
