Usage: soak it in  water for 15-20 minutes and then place around the neck or head to keep consumer cool through the process of evaporation . Inside each neck cooler are polymers which absorb water

You can wear it dry for a SUPER ABSORBING SWEATBAND too but the crystals will feel like little rocks till they get moist.

Disperse crystals evenly before and at least once during hydration.

Cleaning: gently handwash with cold water and mild soap to preserve the delicate crystals.

Rinse well. Hang to dry. Do not store in a closed container.
