Introduction:

LM Ultrafine Vertical Grindging Mill is the grinding equipment designed and developed by the engineering technicians of the company on the basis of widely adopting domestic and overseas advanced powder equipment technology and combining all kinds of grinding mill production experience. It can be widely used in cement, electric power, metallurgy, chemical engineering, non-metallic mine and other industry fields. It can used in grinding caked textured, granular and ground raw materials into required fine powdery materials. The grinding mill has the features of high production, extensive use, low energy consumption, easy operation, stable performance, simple system, compact structure, small equipment vibration, low running noise. LM Series Ultrafine Vertical Grindging Mill is the grinding equipment designed and developed to solve the low production, high energy consumption, loud noise and other technological problems of the industrial grinding mill on the basis of combining the many years grinding mill manufacturing experience and market requirements.  

 

Working principles:

When the grinding mill is running, through the cone planet-gear speed reducer, the main motor drives the grinding plate to rotate. Materials enter into the feeding hole through the screw conveyer and drop on the grinding plate center which rotates within the machine; meanwhile, the recirculating air enters into the grinding chamber through the air intake of the engine base and with the uniform rotation of the grinding plate, materials move toward to the edge of the grinding plate under the function of centrifugal force and will be ground by the hydraulic tensile force of the grinding wheel while going through the arched groove in the grinding plate. The ground materials are taken up by the jet stream of the annular gap of the seal at the edge of grinding plate and the large particles will directly drop on the grinding plate and be ground again. When materials of the stream pass the turbine extension set of the upper machine, with the function of the rotational rotor, the coarse powder will be thrown on the grinding plate to be ground again. The qualified powder will be out of the grinding mill with the stream and collected by the cyclone collector through the sealed pipe and finally become the finished products need by the user through star-shaped closed windtrap. By adjusting rotate speed of the grader and main air blower, the ultrafine vertical grinding mill can reach the required fineness needed for different products.

 

 

Features:

1. High level of automation: the equipment adopts PLC control system to uniformly control. The system is safe, sensitive and reliable.

2. Excellent powder quality: the grinding wheel and grinding ring do not directly contact each other. Grinding force put on the grinding wheel indirectly grind the materials through the grinding ring. It adopts superfine pulverizing and material layer grinding principles. The time of the materials staying in the pulverizer is short and the power crystal texture of the material ground is excellent, therefore; the powder quality is easily to be modified, the whiteness will not be lost, the oil factor is low, the powder solubleness is excellent, the dispersity is good and the iron content is low.

3. High grading accuracy: adopt horizontal type multi-turbine variable frequency grader. Each rotor can be changed by variable frequency in speed and does not need the secondary air selection grading. Inferior materials will not exist. The grading accuracy is high and the average grain diameter is fine and the size distribution is concentrated and can be arbitrarily adjusted within 80-1500 mesh.

 

4. Convenient maintenance: to reverse the tumbler of the grinding wheel through hydraulic system and change the grinding wheel and grinding ring liner plate will be convenient and efficient. The main engine reducer, grinding wheel and hydraulic cylinder each has a corresponding external hudrodynamic lubrication station to reduce the maintenance work and phenomenon of production delay and breakdown loss.

5. Reliable sealing: the system works under negative pressure. There is no flying dust and the workshop is clean and environmental.

6. Long service life of the quick-wear part: the surface of the grinding wheel and grinding ring adopts high-quality wear-resistant materials with long service life and small erosion.

7. Environmental protection: small vibration, low noise, excellent integral sealing. The system works under negative pressure and there is no flying dust.
